The Heineken StudioChat (“Studio Chat”) is a chatbot designed to assist you in discovering your preferred Heinen Studio Lager character, and offered to you by HEINKEN International B.V. (“HEINEKEN”, “us”, or “we”) The following Terms of Use outline the terms under which Studio Bot may be used, and explain how information is collected, handled, and protected by us. By using Studio Bot, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Data Use and Access

Access to data is strictly limited to authorized personnel responsible for maintaining and developing Studio Bot.

Data Retention

Studio Bot maintains session data to allow users to easily continue previous conversations without starting over. We store interactions in short term memory ([x] hours) to run against completion and the API to help with iterative scenarios and keep it for [x] days for quality and monitoring purposes.

User conversations and input will be used to train Studio Bot’s LL model.

Acceptable Use

By using Studio Bot, you agree to:

· Refrain from submitting inappropriate, offensive, or personal data. beyond what is necessary for legitimate business functions.

· Respect the privacy of other people regarding confidential, personal or sensitive data.

· Not attempt to circumvent security measures, access unauthorized features, or interfere with Studio Bot’s operation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

· Using Studio Bot for harassment, discrimination, or to transmit offensive content.

· Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with Studio Bot’s code or security features.

· Inputting or sharing sensitive third-party information without proper authorization.

· Engaging in any activity that may compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of Studio Bot or HEINEKEN.

Service Availability and Updates

Studio Bot is provided “as is” and may be subject to scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime. HEINEKEN reserves the right to modify or discontinue Studio Bot features as required for business or technical reasons.

Studio Bot’s suggestions are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice or guarantees regarding HEINEKEN’s product development or suitability

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code comprising Studio Bot are the exclusive property of HEINEKEN and/or its licensors. Users may not claim ownership or reproduce Studio Bot’s content without prior written consent.

Changes to Terms of Use

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the chatbot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
